Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bang Leader EU. This Return Policy outlines how to return products and request refunds or exchanges.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under European and UK consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason. This period begins on the day you receive your package.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Products must be in their original packaging with all seals intact
- Products must be resalable (not damaged, opened, or tampered with)

We cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
- Products returned after the 14-day period
- Products purchased through wholesale or bulk orders (unless defective)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

Please include in your email:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return

We will provide you with a return address and instructions. Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- We sent the wrong product

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

5. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of €5 may be applied to returned items. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), we will refund via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when requesting a return.

Refunds will include:
- The full product price
- Original shipping costs (only if the return is due to our error or defective product)

Original shipping costs will not be refunded if:
- You changed your mind
- You no longer want the product
- You ordered the wrong product by mistake

This refund rule does not apply to packages seized or confiscated by customs authorities before delivery.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage
- A description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs. You will not be charged return shipping for defective or damaged items.

8. Wrong Product Received

If we sent you the wrong product by mistake, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product you received
- The product name you originally ordered

We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost. You will not be charged for return shipping of the wrong product.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tested
- Products with broken or missing seals
- Products returned after the 14-day period
- Clearance or final sale items
- Wholesale or bulk orders (unless defective)

10. Refund Processing Time

Once we approve your refund, please allow:
- 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your payment provider)
- 10-14 business days for bank transfers

If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us.

11. Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately.

If we are able to cancel the order before processing, you will receive a full refund with no fees.

If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the standard return process after receiving the package.

12. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item (e.g. different flavour or model), please follow the standard return process.

To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Return the original product following the conditions in Section 2
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement product

Exchange shipping costs:
- You are responsible for return shipping of the original product
- We will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
