1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed on the following Monday.
2. Shipping Times
Standard shipping typically takes 5-12 business days for delivery.
Please note:
- Shipping times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed
- Delivery may take longer during peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday)
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions
- Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses across Europe.
We do NOT ship to:
- Parcel lockers or pickup points
- PO Box addresses
- Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)
- Any address where age verification cannot be completed upon delivery

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery address
- The weight and dimensions of your order
- The shipping method selected
5. Customs and Import Duties
All prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT. Import duties, customs inspections, detention, fines, or other charges arising from local tobacco and e-cigarette regulations shall be borne solely by the buyer. We do not guarantee clearance by local customs authorities for all orders.
6. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Online payment methods available at checkout
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is made in cash to the carrier upon delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready, as carriers may not provide change.
7. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be available. You can request your tracking number by contacting us.
8. Age Verification Upon Delivery
All orders require age verification upon delivery.
Our carrier will:
- Check the recipient's government-issued ID before releasing the package
- Confirm that the recipient is 18 years of age or older
- Only release the package to a person who meets the age requirement
Acceptable forms of identification include:
- Passport
- Driver's license
- National ID card
If no one aged 18 or older is available to receive the package and provide valid ID, the delivery will be refused and the package will be returned to us.
We do not offer delivery options that bypass age verification (e.g. leaving packages at doorsteps or with neighbours).
9. Failed Deliveries and Returns
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
- No one aged 18 or older available to sign and verify age
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Recipient refusing to provide valid ID
- Recipient failing to collect the package from the carrier's depot within the holding period
The package will be returned to us.
For returned packages:
- Refund will be issued minus original shipping costs
- A restocking fee of €5 may apply
- Additional shipping costs will apply if you wish to have the order resent
10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realise you have provided an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
11. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package and contents (if damaged)
- Any relevant information about the delivery
We will investigate the issue with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. This compensation clause does not cover packages detained or confiscated by local customs authorities.
12. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them in separate packages. This may happen if:
- Items are held in different locations
- One item is out of stock temporarily
- Package weight or size limits are exceeded
You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
